GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Reservation Conditions
1.1 A reservation is considered final after confirmation by the hotel and/or restaurant.
1.2 The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit or full prepayment.
1.3 Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
1.4 The main booker is responsible for all costs arising from the reservation.
1.5 Changes to the reservation are only valid after written confirmation by the venue.
1.6 Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, check-out must take place before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
1.7 In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without cancellation), 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Individual Reservations
Up to 24 hours before the day of arrival: free of charge
Within 24 hours before the day of arrival: 100% of the reservation value will be charged
(Please note: the day of arrival starts at 00:00)
 
2.2 Group Reservations
For cancellations of two rooms or more, the following applies:

  • More than 1 month before the day of arrival: free of charge
  • More than 14 days before the day of arrival: 15% of the reservation value
  • More than 24 hours before the day of arrival: 50% of the reservation value
  • 24 hours or less before the day of arrival: 100% of the reservation value
    (Please note: the day of arrival starts at 00:00)

2.3 Groups / Events / Packages
For events, group dinners, meetings, and tailor-made arrangements:

3. House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following rules apply:

General
Emergency exits may not be used as regular entrances or exits.
Property of the venue may not be removed from the premises. Damage or loss will be charged.
Nuisance (noise, behavior, etc.) is not permitted.
Instructions from staff must always be followed.
 
Safety & Conduct
The use, possession, or trade of drugs is strictly prohibited.
Nitrous oxide is not permitted. If detected, you will be required to leave the premises immediately.
It is not permitted to receive paying guests in the room.
It is not allowed to book a room without staying in it yourself.
 
Use of Rooms
Smoking in rooms is prohibited. A cleaning fee of €350 will be charged in case of violation.
If the fire alarm is triggered, any resulting costs (such as fire brigade call-out) will be charged.
The maximum number of persons per room may not be exceeded.
Pets are not allowed.
Confetti and similar materials are not permitted (€350 cleaning fee).
The room must be left in a tidy condition. In case of excessive mess, €450 cleaning costs will be charged
 
Stay & Departure
Extension of stay is only possible in consultation with reception.
Late check-out without permission will be charged at €25 per half hour.
 
4. Liability
4.1 The venue is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings.
4.2 The guest is liable for all damage caused by themselves or their companions.
4.3 In case of violation of house rules, the venue reserves the right to deny access immediately without refund.

5. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (such as fire, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances), the venue reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations without liability for damages.

6. Applicable Law
All reservations and agreements are subject to Dutch law.
